I realize there is a free trial, will I need to enter a credit card? What form of payment do you accept?


Yes, a credit card is required to begin your free trial. Your card will not be charged until the end of the trial. You can cancel your account at any time before the end of your trial and will not be billed.

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards) are accepted.



How do you define a "user"?


A user is anyone that logs into time360. These may be managers, staff or report users. You may add or remove users as often as you like but you may not exceed the user limit of your plan.



What happens if I exceed my user limit?


You may not exceed your user limit. In order to add additional users you must upgrade your plan. You may can change your plan by visiting the accounts page.

Is there a long-term commitment required to use the Time360 App?


No way. Our monthly plans fit your needs. Change plans at any time. If you find our service is not a fit for your scheduling needs, simply cancel and you will no longer be billed.



How do I downgrade my account?


Downgrading is easy - just be careful as your allowed users and calendars will be limited. Visit the account management page and choose the plan that best fits your needs.
